Arkadaş Cafe & Restaurant: Authentic Turkish Food in SG

One of the few authentic Turkish restaurants we’ve visited while in Singapore. Place was quite hidden and the restaurant had a really pleasant ambiance as it was surrounded by greenery. High ceilings too. They even have a nice water/waterfall feature through the glass walls 🙂 Definitely worth visiting.     📍 Arkadaş Cafe & Restaurant Address: 1 Fusionopolis View, #01-02, Eclipse 138577

My Fave Sichuan Dish: Mala Chicken / Laziji / 辣子鸡!

Mala chicken (Laziji, 辣子鸡) is probably my favourite Sichuan food, frfr! Always looking for this dish when we have Sichuan food. Laziji is a stir-fried dish with marinated and deep-fried chicken, dried Sichuan chilli peppers, spicy bean paste, Sichuan peppers, garlic, and ginger. It looks really spicy but honestly just black-pepper-level-spicy once you try it!!   📍 Oriental Chinese Restaurant 東北餐廳 @ Chinatown
